Paul has lived and worked as a photographer in East Africa for more than 20 years. He is hugely passionate about the region, its people and of course its wildlife and will be getting you up close to the local wildlife and showing you how to snap the perfect shot.
BE TAUGHT TO COOK KENYAN-STYLE
Award winning TV chef Kiran Jethwa will be teaching the art of cooking in the wild; where to source the best ingredients, how to cook local delicacies, and showing you why he is known as "The Fearless Chef". You will learn the art of catching mud and mangrove crabs, go clam and oyster harvesting, even trawling for grouper. This really will be a true Kenyan adventure.
